Damages: Although we pack all of our orders carefully, due to the nature of the products we carry, an order may occasionally arrive with an item damaged during transit.  If this occurs,  contact us at sales@perfectpartyware.com  .  Include your order number,  product item number, and the condition in which it was received.  Please also retain the original shipping container, along with the packing material in the event that the carrier needs to inspect the damaged  merchandise.
