Delivery: Delivery  time will depend on method of carrier chosen, and distance from our warehouse.  If your order is needed for a specific time frame, please email us prior to placing your order so we may determine the best shipping method for you.

Returns: Company approval must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise for any reason, within 7 days of receipt. All merchandise must be sealed in original packaging. All goods returned freight prepaid are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No discounted items will be authorized for return. Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances. The prices and charges to herein are subject to change without notice. Pricing will be implemented at the time of shipment.

Damages/Shortages : All shortages or damages must be reported to us via email within 7 days of receipt. Please retain all original packaging if reporting a damaged item, unless notified otherwise.  We will try to send a replacement as quickly as possible, or a credit for the item(s) if applicable.
